【摘要】 目的 观察温肾通络止痛方防治老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 选取老年性骨质疏松症患者96例，随机数表法分为对照组与观察组，各48例，对照组予阿仑膦酸钠片联合碳酸钙D₃片治疗；观察组予温肾通络止痛方联合碳酸钙D₃片治疗，2组均连续治疗6个月并随访6个月。检测2组治疗前后血清NMID、FBLN-1、PTH、S-TRACP、SOD表达水平，比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、COQOL评分、VAS及骨密度等。结果 观察组治疗后VAS、COQOL、SARC-F评分、中医证候积分均优于照组（P<0.05），观察组总有效率（95.96%,43/45）优于对照组（86.67%,39/45）（P>0.05）。观察组治疗后PTH、S-TRACP水平低于治疗前（P<0.05）,FBLN-1水平高于治疗前（P<0.05）,N-MID、SOD水平变化差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组治疗后骨密度均优于治疗前（P<0.05），组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 温肾通络止痛方可减轻老年性骨质疏松症患者临床症状、改善PTH、S-TRACP、FBLN-1水平，改善生活质量，提高临床疗效，安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen Tongluo Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of senile osteoporosis(SOP).Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with SOP were chosen as the subjects of the research,who visited the hospital between June 2022 and December 2022.They were randomly assigned to either a control group(n=48) or an experimcntal group(n=48).The control group was given calcium carbonate D3 and alendronate sodium tablets,while the experimental group received calcium carbonate D3 and Wenshen Tongluo Zhitong Decoction.Both treatments lasted for 6 months,with a 6-month follow-up.Serum samples were collected before and after treatment to measure the expression levels of serum N-MID,FBLN-1,PTH,S-TRACP,and SOD using ELISA,and bone mineral density was assessed with QCT.The study compared the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,COQOL scores,VAS scores,bone density impact,and medication safety between the two groups.Results The total effective rate observed in the experimental group was 95.96%,which was significantly higher than86.67% recorded in the control group,but the difference lacked a statistical significance(P>0.05).The ELISA results demonstrated that,compared to the pre-treatment levels,the experimental group exhibited a significant reduction in the levels of PTH and TRACP post-treatment,alongside a significant increase in the level of FBLN1,all with a statistical significance(P<0.05).No significant changes were observed in the levels of N-MID and SOD(P>0.05).Additionally,the TCM syndrome scores showed a statistically signi fi cant improvement post-treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05).However,the difference lacked a statistical significance in BMD between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wenshen Tongluo Zhitong Decoction can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the scores of TCM syndromes,quality of life,bone metabolism,and the levels of aging-related factors in elderly patients with osteoporosis,demonstrating good clinical efficacy and safety.更多还原
