基于气血津液整体观探析糖尿病病机演变规律及防治要点

【摘要】 从气血津液整体观理论角度认识糖尿病发展演变过程,认为糖尿病发展演变的机制在于气血津液失调,燥热、湿热内生,后期瘀热相搏,变证百出。从现代医学的角度探讨糖尿病进展与气血津液代谢失常的关系,机体气血津液失衡的持续进展,可导致呼吸、心血管、代谢等多系统功能紊乱,引发一系列严重的并发症。治疗上提倡立足于气血津液整体观,同时兼顾脏腑功能,进行综合调节。

【Abstract】 From the perspective of the holistic theory of Qi,blood,and body fluids,the development and evolution of diabetes mellitus are understood as a process rooted in the imbalance of these vital substances. The mechanisms underlying this progression lie in the disharmony of Qi,blood,and body fluids,with the internal generation of dryness-heat and dampness-heat. In the later stages,this evolves into the binding of static blood and heat,leading to a myriad of complications. From the standpoint of modern medicine,the progression of diabetes is closely associated with metabolic disturbances in Qi,blood,and body fluids. The continuous imbalance of these substances in the body can result in dysfunctions across multiple systems,including the respiratory,cardiovascular,and metabolic systems,ultimately triggering a series of severe complications. In terms of treatment,it is advocated to adopt a holistic approach grounded in the overall perspective of Qi,blood,and body fluids,while also addressing the functions of the viscera and bowels,to achieve comprehensive regulation.
