【摘要】 双相情感障碍是以躁狂和抑郁同时出现或先后发作为特征的一种复杂精神障碍性疾病。依据其典型临床症状,可归于“躁郁”“癫狂”“百合病”等中医范畴。刘完素认为火热亢盛是癫狂的关键病机,其病位主要责之于心,又与肝、肾、胃密切相关,可以火热论辨证论治该病。本文立足刘完素“火热论”之“五志过极皆为热甚”基本理念,结合现代生物学研究机制,探讨双相情感障碍的病因病机及治则治法,为临床治疗双相情感障碍提供新的思路与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bipolar disorder is a complex mental disorder characterized by the simultaneous or alternating occurrence of manic and depressive episodes. Based on its typical clinical symptoms,it can be classified under traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) categories such as " mania-depression", " mania-psychosis",or " lily disease".Liu Wansu posited that excessive intense heat is a key pathogenesis of mania-psychosis,with the heart as the primary affected organ,closely related to the liver,kidney,and stomach. This condition can thus be diagnosed and treated based on the theory of intense heat. This paper,grounded in Liu Wansu’s fundamental concept of " excessive five emotions leading to intense heat" from the " theory of intense heat",integrates modern biological research mechanisms to explore the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment principles of bipolar disorder.
