【摘要】 抑郁症是一种常见的心理障碍性疾病,属于中医学“郁证”范畴。肝失疏泄和脾失健运是抑郁症发病的两大关键因素,两者相互作用,最终形成肝郁脾虚的抑郁症基础病机。肝主疏泄,脾主运化,肝脾两脏相互为用,共同调节人体的情绪和精神状态。疏肝健脾法是抑郁症的治疗总则,采用疏肝健脾法治疗抑郁症可使肝脾功能协调,气血阴阳调和,气机舒畅,达到治疗目的。逍遥散具有疏肝解郁、养血健脾之效,是方证相应指导下治疗抑郁症的经典方剂。本文以抑郁症的中医药治疗为切入点,对抑郁症的基础病机及疏肝健脾法进行理论解读,并对应用逍遥散治疗抑郁症的临床疗效与动物研究进行总结,丰富了疏肝健脾法的应用范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Depression is a common psychological disorder,falling under the category of " depression syndrome" in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The two key factors in the pathogenesis of depression are liver dysfunction in regulating Qi flow and spleen dysfunction in transportation and transformation. These factors interact,ultimately forming the fundamental pathogenesis of depression characterized by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. The liver governs the free flow of Qi,while the spleen governs transportation and transformation. The liver and spleen work in synergy to regulate human emotions and mental states. The liver-soothing and spleen-fortifying method serves as the overarching principle for treating depression. By applying this method,the functions of the liver and spleen can be harmonized,Qi and blood as well as Yin and Yang can be balanced,and Qi activity can be regulated smoothly,thereby achieving therapeutic goals. Xiaoyao San,known for its effects in soothing the liver,relieving stagnation,nourishing blood,and fortifying the spleen,is a classic formula for treating depression under the guidance of formula-syndrome correspondence. This paper,focusing on the TCM treatment of depression,provides a theoretical interpretation of the fundamental pathogenesis of depression and the liversoothing and spleen-fortifying method. It also summarizes the clinical efficacy and animal studies on the application of Xiaoyao San in treating depression,thereby enriching the scope of application of the liver-soothing and spleen-fortifying method.更多还原
