【摘要】 本研究基于阴阳学说探讨过敏体质的本质特征,结合传统中医理论与中医体质学理论,发现过敏体质人群疾病的发生发展与体内阴阳偏胜有关。从中医体质学的四个基本原理分析阴阳对于过敏体质的影响,禀赋遗传论揭示阴阳不足是过敏体质形成的先天基础;环境制约论指出后天失养影响过敏体质的形成;生命过程论阐明不同生命阶段阳气盛衰动态影响过敏发病;形神构成论发现阴阳失衡不仅诱发过敏性疾病,还与抑郁、焦虑等心理疾病高发密切相关。本研究回答了体质研究的三个关键科学问题,拓展了辨体论治诊疗模式,构建了体质辨识新视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study explores the essential characteristics of allergic constitution based on the Yin-Yang theory,integrating traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory with TCM constitution theory. It reveals that the development of diseases in individuals with allergic constitution is related to imbalances in Yin and Yang within the body. By analyzing the four fundamental principles of TCM constitution theory,the influence of Yin and Yang on allergic constitution is examined.The theory of innate endowment indicates that Yin-Yang deficiency is the congenital basis for the formation of allergic constitution. The theory of environmental constraints suggests that postnatal imbalances contribute to its development. The theory of life processes elucidates how the dynamic changes of Yang energy at different life stages affect the onset of allergies. The theory of body-mind constitution reveals that Yin-Yang imbalance not only triggers allergic diseases but is also closely associated with a higher incidence of psychological disorders such as depression and anxiety. This study addresses three key scientific questions in constitution research,expands the diagnostic and therapeutic model of constitution differentiation,and provides a new perspective for constitution identification.更多还原
