【摘要】 对《景岳全书》中“方药八阵”在儿科疾病中的应用进行探讨。张景岳在治疗小儿疾病时，常用补、和、寒、热、散五阵，而固、因、攻三阵则较少使用。张氏治疗小儿疾病时，强调补虚为主，擅长调和脾胃，喜用温药，慎用寒凉，妙用柴胡，疏散得宜，重视辨证施治，不仅体现了灵活应用药物的治疗理念，而且反映了“药不执方，合宜而用”的学术思想和实践原则，值得后世医者学习与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the application of the "Eight Formulations of Prescriptions and Medicinals" from Jingyue ’s Complete Works in pediatric diseases.In treating pediatric conditions,ZHANG Jingyue frequently employed the five formulations of tonification,harmonization,cold,heat,and dispersion,while the three formulations of consolidation,etiological,and attack were used less often.ZHANG emphasized supplementing deficiencies as the primary approach in pediatric treatment,excelled at harmonizing the spleen and stomach,favored warm medicinals,cautiously used cold and cool medicinals,skillfully applied Bupleuri Radix for appropriate dispersion,and placed great importance on syndrome differentiation and treatment.This not only reflects his therapeutic philosophy of flexible medicinals use but also embodies his academic thought and practical principle of "medicinals are not bound by prescriptions;they should be used as appropriate",offering valuable lessons for future generations of physicians.更多还原
