【摘要】 目的：研究多模式链式护理结合Swanson人文关怀策略对晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2024年1月—2025年2月江西省肿瘤医院收治的60例晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为两组，观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上采用多模式链式护理结合Swanson人文关怀策略。两组均护理1个月。比较两组自理能力、心理状态、癌症患者家庭照顾者需求及生活质量。结果：护理后，观察组Barthel指数评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。护理后，观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。护理后，观察组癌症患者家庭照顾者需求量表（NAFC-C）各维度评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。护理后，观察组生活质量测定量表（QLQ-C30）各维度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对晚期肺癌患者采用多模式链式护理结合Swanson人文关怀策略能增强患者自理能力，改善其心理状态，并能更好地满足癌症患者家庭照顾者需求，使患者生活质量得到提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of multimodal chain nursing combined with Swanson’s humanistic care strategy on the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer. Method: Sixty patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method: the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group adopted multimodal chain nursing combined with Swanson’s humanistic care strategy on the basis of the control group. Both groups were cared for one month. The self-care ability, psychological state, needs of family caregivers of cancer patients and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Result: After the nursing, the Barthel index scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After the nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After the nursing, the scores of each dimension of needs assessment for family caregivers of cancer patients(NAFC-C) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After the nursing, the scores of each dimension of the quality of life-C30(QLQ-C30) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The adoption of multimodal chain nursing combined with Swanson’s humanistic care strategy for patients with advanced lung cancer can enhance their self-care ability, improve their psychological state, and better meet the needs of family caregivers of cancer patients, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.更多还原
