香草扶正合剂辅治急性放射性肺损伤临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiangcao Fuzheng Mixture as Adjunctive Treatment for Acute Radiation-Induced Lung Injury

【摘要】 目的:观察香草扶正合剂辅治急性放射性肺损伤的疗效。方法:80例用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。两组均用常规治疗,观察组加用香草扶正合剂治疗。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组炎症因子及MDA水平均降低且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px均升高且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。FVC、FEV1及FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香草扶正合剂辅治急性放射性肺损伤可提高疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Xiangcao Fuzheng Mixture as an adjuvant treatment for acute radiation-induced lung injury. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment, and the observation group additionally received Xiangcao Fuzheng Mixture. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the KPS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors and MDA decreased in both groups, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); the levels of SOD and GSH-Px increased in both groups, and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The pulmonary function indicators including FVC, FEV1, and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiangcao Fuzheng Mixture could improve therapeutic efficacy as an adjuvant treatment for acute radiation-induced lung injury.
