【摘要】 道义论与目的论代表着古今中外几乎所有伦理学理论运思的两种基本进路，罗尔斯的正义论与麦金太尔的美德伦理学堪称这两种进路的当代极致范例。本文力图通过对这两个当代范例进行比较透析，揭橥道义论与目的论各自的当代不满，摄取并开掘二者的理论潜能，进而提出并证成一种整合融贯式的美德道义论。该美德道义论力求规避道义论的主体目的性价值遗漏和目的论的公共规范性秩序盲点，同时满足现代个人对自由权利与幸福生活目的之善的追求和现代社会对正义秩序与公共道义(责任)的普遍要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s granted that deontology and teleology represent two basic and classical approaches to almost all, no matter ancient or modern,Chinese or foreign, ethical theories,while John Rawls’ theory of justice and Alasdair Mac Intyre’s virtue ethics stand for the two best paradigms for these two approaches in our time. Focusing on a comparative study into these two paradigms, this article tries to reveal their discontentments and to renew their theoretical rationality and potentiality,and finally work out as well as justify a coherent modern virtue deontology which integrates both deontology and teleology. As an alternative to deontology and teleology,virtue deontology attempts to secure the subjective “telos”which traditional deontology leaves out and the public wellordered norms to which traditional teleology remains blind. In this way,virtue deontology will hopefully satisfy both the modern individual ’s need of liberal rights as well as happiness as the telos of a good life and the modern society’s requirements for just orders and public“deons”( obligations).更多还原
