【摘要】 目的:编制高校心理委员助人意愿问卷(QPMWHO)并进行效度和信度检验。方法:初步建构心理委员助人意愿结构模型，选取665名高校心理委员进行初测，对问卷进行条目分析及探索性因子分析，形成正式施测问卷；选取846名心理委员进行测试，对正式施测问卷进行验证性因子分析及内部一致性信度检验；选取162名心理委员进行间隔4周的重测；使用积极消极共情量表(PNES)、大五人格问卷(BFI-2)宜人性分问卷、青少年亲社会倾向测量量表(PTM)检验效标效度。结果:QPMWHO包含32个条目，由4个因子构成，解释方差变异的59.15%;验证性因子分析表明问卷的4个因子负荷范围为0.64～0.89,结构模型拟合良好(χ~2/df=4.78,RMSEA=0.07,NFI=0.90,RFI=0.91,IFI=0.93,TLI=0.92,CFI=0.93);效标检验显示QPMWHO总分及4因子得分与3个效标问卷总分均呈正相关(r=0.42～0.76,均P<0.01);总问卷及4个因子的Cronbach α系数为0.89～0.98,重测信度为0.68～0.72。结论:本研究编制的高校心理委员助人意愿问卷具有良好的结构效度、效标效度、内部一致性和重测信度，是评估高校心理委员助人意愿的可靠工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In the Chinese university context, a psychological monitor refers to a mental health peer helper designated within each class to observe, support, and refer students with potential psychological needs.This study aims to develop and validate the Questionnaire on Psychological Monitors′ Willingness to Help Others(QPMWHO).Methods:The model of psychological monitors′ willingness to help others was constructed, and 665 psychological monitors in college were selected for the preliminary test.The questionnaire was subjected to item analysis and exploratory factor analysis to form a formal administration questionnaire.846 psychological monitors were selected for the test, and the formal administration questionnaire was subjected to validation factor analysis and internal consistency reliabilitytest.Totally 162 psychological monitors were selected for retesting at 4-week intervals.The Positive and Negative Empathy Scale(PNES),agreeableness sub-inventory of Big Five Inventory(BFI-2),Prosocial Tendencies Measure(PTM) were used to test the criterion validity.Results:The 32-item QPMWHO consisted of 4 factors, explaining 59.15% of the total variance.Factor loadings ranged from 0.64 to 0.89,with good model fit(χ~2/df=4.78,RMSEA=0.07,NFI=0.90,RFI=0.91,IFI=0.93,TLI=0.92,CFI=0.93).The criterion validity test showed that the total QPMWHO scores and the 4-factor scores were positively correlated with the total scores of 3 validity scale questionnaires(r=0.42-0.76,Ps<0.01).The Cronbach′s α coefficients of the total questionnaire and the 4 factors ranged from 0.89 to 0.98,and the test-retest reliabilities ranged from 0.68 to 0.72.Conclusion:The QPMWHO demonstrates strong psychometric properties and can serve as a reliable instrument for assessing college psychological monitors′ willingness to help others.更多还原
