【摘要】 目的:探讨三枢通腑电针联合中药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:选择于新疆医科大学附属中医医院就诊的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者120例，采用区组随机化方法随机分为两组，各60例，对照组给予中药温胆汤治疗，观察组在其基础上给予三枢通腑电针治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后主要疗效指标[胃肠动力指标(胃排空率、胃窦收缩频率)、胃肠激素水平(胃动素、胃泌素)、胃电图指标(正常慢波节律比、胃电幅度值、胃电频率)]、次要疗效指标[中医证候评分、胃轻瘫主要症状的标准调查表(GSCI)评分、肠道菌群]及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组胃排空率、胃窦收缩频率、胃动素水平、胃电图指标均较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候评分、GSCI评分、胃泌素水平均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肠杆菌、酵母菌数量均较治疗前降低，双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量均较治疗前升高，且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组总有效率为92.59%,显著高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:三枢通腑电针联合中药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Sanshu Tongfu combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: A total of 120 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Wen Dan decoction, while the observation group was treated with Sanshu Tongfu electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group. The main efficacy indicators(gastrointestinal motility indicators[gastric emptying rate, antral contraction frequency], gastrointestinal hormone levels[motilin, gastrin], and gastric electrogastrogram indicators[normal slow wave rhythm ratio, gastric electrical amplitude value, and gastric electrical frequency]), secondary efficacy indicators(traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index[GCSI]score, and intestinal flora), and clinical efficacy were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the gastric emptying rate, antral contraction frequency, motilin level, and gastric electrogastrogram indicators in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, GCSI score, and gastrin level in both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05). The number of Enterobacteriaceae and yeasts in both groups was lower after treatment than before treatment, and the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus was higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 92.59%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sanshu Tongfu electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.更多还原
