【摘要】 党中勤教授认为中焦气机失衡为脾胃系疾病基本病机，以“通运中焦”为基本治则，临证常运用“斡旋气机畅中焦”“疏肝和胃解郁热”“理气活血通经脉”“祛瘀解毒散积块”的治疗大法。合理选用不同角药，如：半夏、干姜、黄连辛开苦降，柴胡、黄芩、半夏疏解少阳，浙贝母、海螵蛸、瓦楞子制酸和中，大腹皮、木香、槟榔理气除胀，枳壳、乌药、槟榔通腑下气，丹参、砂仁、檀香行滞活血，八月札、露蜂房、山慈菇解毒散结。文章通过总结党中勤教授运用多组角药治疗脾胃系疾病的临床经验，以期为脾胃系疾病的治疗提供有益借鉴及参考。更多还原
