【摘要】 目的:构建中西医结合肝病领域高层次领军人才成长的影响因素体系，探讨中西医结合肝病领域高层次领军人才成长过程的特点，为推动高层次领军人才的培养提供借鉴和参考。方法:以全国名老中医姚乃礼教授为例，基于扎根理论，对姚乃礼教授及其学术继承人、研究生进行深度访谈。通过对访谈资料等进行开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码和理论饱和检验，提取核心范畴并构建模型。结果:构建了包含2个一级影响因素、8个二级因素及39个三级因素的高层次领军人才成长影响因素体系。结论:由此构建了中西医结合肝病领域高层次领军人才成长影响因素的概念模型，为培养高层次领军人才提供启示和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To construct a system of influencing factors for the growth of high-level leading talents in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine liver diseases, discover the characteristics of the growth process of high-level leading talents in this field, and provide references for promoting the cultivation of such talents.Methods:This study took Professor Yao Naili, a national renowned traditional Chinese medicine expert, as an example. The article employed grounded theory to conduct in-depth interviews with Professor Yao Naili, his academic successors, and postgraduate students. Through open coding, axial coding, selective coding, and theoretical saturation testing of the interview data.Results:Ultimately, a system of influencing factors for the growth of high-level leading talents was identified, including two key influencing factors, eight secondary factors, and 39 tertiary factors.Conclusion:A conceptual model of the influencing factors for the growth of high-level leading talents in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine liver diseases was constructed, providing inspiration and references for promoting the cultivation of such talents.更多还原
