【摘要】 目的:探究自拟益气通阳化浊方联合腹针治疗高原高海拔地区代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取符合纳入标准的80例MAFLD患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组患者予益气通阳化浊方治疗，治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合腹针治疗，疗程均为12周。观察两组患者治疗前后肝功能、空腹血糖、血脂、肝纤四项、体质量指数、肝脏瞬时弹性成像及中医证候(主症、次症)量化积分水平，并行临床疗效、安全性评价。结果:治疗后，治疗组患者肝功能、空腹血糖、血脂、肝纤四项、体质量指数、肝脏瞬时弹性成像及中医证候(主症、次症)量化积分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组患者临床疗效比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论:益气通阳化浊方联合腹针治疗高原高海拔地区MAFLD疗效确切，安全性良好，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of a self-made Yiqi Tongyang Huazhuo Formula combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD) in plateau high-altitude areas. Methods: A total of 80 patients with MAFLD who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group received treatment with the Yiqi Tongyang Huazhuo Formula,while the treatment group received combined therapy with abdominal acupuncture in addition to the control group ’s treatment. The treatment course lasted 12 weeks. The liver function,fasting plasma glucose,blood lipid indicators,four liver fibrosis parameters,body mass index,liver transient elastography,and quantified scores of TCM syndromes(primary and secondary symptoms) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Clinical efficacy and safety evaluations were also conducted. Results: After treatment,the improvement of liver function,fasting blood glucose,blood lipids,liver fibrosis,body mass index,liver transient elastography,and quantitative score level of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(primary and secondary symptoms) in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01); There was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients(P > 0. 05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period in both groups of patients. Conclusion: The combination of Yiqi Tongyang Huazhuo Formula and abdominal acupuncture is effective and safe in treating MAFLD in plateau high-altitude areas,and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
