氯吲哚酰肼对辣椒炭疽病的抑菌活性及防效评价
Evaluation of Antibacterial Activity and Control Efficacy of Chloroinconazide against Pepper Anthracnose
【摘要】 辣椒炭疽病是威胁我国辣椒生产的主要病害之一。为探究氯吲哚酰肼的抗菌活性及其应用潜力,通过体外抑菌试验和活体接种试验,系统评估了氯吲哚酰肼对辣椒胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)菌丝生长、产孢、孢子萌发及致病力的影响。结果表明,氯吲哚酰肼对胶孢炭疽菌菌丝生长的EC50为297.36μg/mL,在400μg/mL浓度下菌丝生长抑制率达60.21%;该药剂可显著抑制孢子产生及孢子萌发后芽管的伸长,但对孢子萌发率无显著影响。离体果实保护试验结果表明,氯吲哚酰肼预处理可有效降低炭疽病的发病程度,相对防效达77.78%,但其治疗活性较弱。此外,氯吲哚酰肼对辣椒种子萌发无明显抑制作用,并可通过促进植株光合作用显著提高株高、鲜质量等农艺性状。研究表明,氯吲哚酰肼可通过干扰胶孢炭疽菌的生殖生长并增强植物抗性,实现对病害的双重调控,为辣椒炭疽病的绿色防控提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Pepper anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides is one of the major diseases threatening pepper production in China.To explore the antibacterial activity and application potential of chloroinconazide(CHI),the effects of CHI on mycelial growth,sporulation,spore germination,and pathogenicity of C.gloeosporioides were systematically evaluated through in vitro inhibition and inoculation assays.The results showed that the EC50value of CHI against mycelial growth was 297.36μg/mL,and the inhibition rate of mycelial growth reached 60.21%at a concentration of 400μg/mL.CHI significantly inhibited spore production and germ tube elongation after spore germination,but had no significant effect on the spore germination rate.The fruit protection experiments in vitro showed that CHI pretreatment effectively reduced the incidence of anthracnose,with a relative control efficacy of 77.78%,although its curative activity was relatively weak.In addition,CHI displayed no signtficant inhibitory effect on pepper seed germination and significantly improved plant height,fresh weight,and other agronomic traits by promoting plant photosynthesis.This study reveals that CHI achieves disease control through a dual mechanism of interfering with the reproductive growth of C.gloeosporioides and enhancing plant resistance,providing a theoretical basis for the green control of pepper anthracnose.
