【摘要】 目的：探讨社会资本对农村老年人健康质量的影响及作用机制，为老年人健康促进提供对策建议。方法：基于中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)2020年数据，筛选出5284名农村老年人，采用多元线性回归模型与中介效应检验方法进行实证分析。结果：个体社会资本与集体社会资本对老年人生理健康(β=0.171,P<0.01;β=0.00912,P<0.01)与心理健康(β=1.094,P<0.01;β=0.0425,P<0.05)均有显著正向影响，主观幸福感在其中发挥部分中介作用。结论：应重视构建多层次社会资本支持网络，并通过提升主观幸福感以增强健康促进效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of social capital on the health quality of rural elderly and its underlying mechanisms, and provide policy recommendations for health promotion among the elderly. Methods Using data from the 2020 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS), 5,284 rural elderly participants were selected. Empirical analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression models and mediation effect testing. Results Both individual and collective social capital significantly positively influenced older adults’ physical health(β=0.171, P<0.01;β =0.00912, P<0.01)and mental health(β=1.094, P<0.01;β=0.0425, P<0.05), in which subjective well-being partially mediated these effects. Conclusion Efforts should focus on building multi-level social capital support networks and increasing subjective well-being to enhance health promotion outcomes.更多还原
