【摘要】 目的：深入挖掘老年安宁疗护社会工作服务推行的阻碍因素，并提出相应的对策建议。方法：采用目的抽样和便利抽样，对四川省7家医疗卫生机构管理人员、医护人员、社工共计26名访谈对象开展焦点小组访谈和个人深度访谈，结合扎根理论提取和归纳老年安宁疗护社会工作服务推行的阻碍因素。结果：通过三级编码，得到16个初始范畴，5个主范畴和3个核心范畴，得到老年安宁疗护社会工作服务推行的职业障碍、服务障碍、政策障碍、文化障碍以及行业障碍共计5个阻碍因素，通过微观、中观和宏观三个维度构建了“老年安宁疗护社会工作服务推行阻碍因素”理论框架。结论：职业障碍等5个因素直接或间接阻碍了老年安宁疗护社会工作服务的推行，应通过构建职业支持体系、优化服务运作机制和完善顶层制度设计与文化倡导等措施，进一步推进老年安宁疗护社会工作服务的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the hindering factors of the elderly palliative social work service and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions. Methods Purpose sampling and convenience sampling were used to conduct focus groups and in-depth personal interviews with 26 interviewees in 7 medical and health institutions in Sichuan Province, including managers, medical staff and social workers. And the factors hindering the implementation of elderly palliative social work services were extracted and summarized based on grounded theory. Results Through the three-level coding, 16 initial categories, 5 main categories and 3 core categories were obtained, and a total of 5 obstacle factors were obtained, including occupational barriers, service barriers, cultural barriers, policy barriers and industry barriers in the implementation of elderly palliative social work services. The theoretical framework of "hindering factors of social work service of elderly palliative care" was constructed from micro, meso and macro dimensions. Conclusion Five factors, including occupational barriers, directly or indirectly hinder the implementation of elderly palliative social work services. To further advance the sustainable development of elderly palliative care social work services, measures should be taken such as building a professional support system, optimizing service operation mechanisms, and improving top-level institutional design along with cultural advocacy.更多还原
