混合现实技术在疼痛科微创手术中的应用
Application of mixed reality technology in minimally invasive surgery of pain management department
【摘要】 随着数字技术的飞速发展,混合现实(mixed reality, MR)技术正逐步从概念走向现实。MR作为新一代技术,近年来受到疼痛科医师的高度关注。虚拟与真实世界融合的MR技术的出现,将为微创手术的精准定位与实时导航、术前规划与术中引导、降低辐射暴露风险等方面带来革命性变化,快速有效提升临床医师的手术操作能力。本文阐述了MR技术的定义、原理及特点,分析其在疼痛科微创手术中的应用、优势、不足及发展方向,以期为医学领域提供新选择。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of digital technology, mixed reality(MR) technology is gradually moving from concept to reality. As a new generation of technology, MR has received increasing attention from pain physicians doctors in recent years. The emergence of MR technology, which integrates the virtual and real worlds, will bring revolutionary changes to precise positioning and real-time navigation in minimally invasive surgeries, preoperative planning and intraoperative guidance, as well as reduce the risk of radiation exposure. It can also rapidly enhance doctors’ operational skills. This article elaborates on the definition, principles, and characteristics of MR technology, analyzes its application, advantages, disadvantages, and development direction in minimally invasive surgeries in pain management, with the aim of providing new options for the medical field.
