我国野猪非洲猪瘟监测预警体系的建设现状和建议

【摘要】 2018年非洲猪瘟(ASF)首次传入我国后,国家林业和草原局加大了野猪ASF的监测工作,依托已建立多年的野生动物疫源疫病监测网络,初步建立了野猪ASF主动监测预警体系。本文采用文献资料查找和分析、主管部门咨询和访谈以及基层监测站实地走访相结合的方式,详细论述了我国主动监测预警体系的构建和运转情况,并讨论了监测预警工作中存在的问题和完善建议,旨在进一步提高野猪ASF预警监测体系的运行效率和水平,保障野猪种群的健康和生猪养殖体系的安全,服务生态安全和生物安全等国家安全战略。

【Abstract】 Since the first incursion of African swine fever(ASF) into China in 2018, the National Forestry and Grassland Administration has intensified ASF monitoring in wild boars. Building on a long-established wildlife epidemic monitoring network, a preliminary proactive ASF monitoring and warning system for wild boars has been developed. This paper adopts a combination of literature review, consultations with competent authorities, interviews, and field visits to grassroots monitoring stations to comprehensively describe the construction and operational status of China’s proactive ASF warning system. It also discusses existing challenges in the monitoring system and offers recommendations for improvement. The objective is to further enhance the efficiency and performance of ASF monitoring in wild boars, safeguard the health of wild boar populations and the safety of domestic pig farming systems, and support national strategies related to ecological and biosecurity.
