【摘要】 经历了近30年的努力，我国已建立了一套较为科学完善的兽药残留标准体系。本文从兽药最大残留限量标准和兽药残留检测方法标准两方面，对奶中兽药残留食品安全国家标准进行了梳理、归纳、匹配和分析，同时对我国兽药残留标准体系的有关问题简要描述，根据我国当前产乳供人食用的泌乳动物养殖中所用兽药情况展望了兽药残留标准体系完善的措施，以期为相关部门开展奶中兽药残留有关工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 After nearly 30 years of effort, China has established a relatively scientific and comprehensive standard system for veterinary drug residues. This article reviews, summarizes, matches, and analyzes the national food safety standards for veterinary drug residues in milk from two aspects: the maximum residue limit of veterinary drugs and the detection method standards for veterinary drug residues. At the same time, it briefly describes the relevant issues of China’s veterinary drug residue standard system. Based on the current situation of veterinary drugs used in the breeding of lactating animals for human consumption in China, measures to improve the veterinary drug residue standard system are proposed, in order to provide reference for relevant departments to carry out work on veterinary drug residues in milk.更多还原
