【摘要】 为获得牛副流感病毒3型(Bovine parainfluenza virus type 3,BPIV3)NP蛋白的单克隆抗体，将表达纯化后的重组NP蛋白作为免疫原免疫8周龄Balb/c雌性小鼠，使用间接免疫荧光方法(Indirect immunofluorescence assay, IFA)筛选获得1株杂交瘤细胞株，命名为Mab-NP-11。利用杂交瘤细胞株Mab-NP-11制备并纯化出单克隆抗体，纯度高于90%,浓度为3.4 mg/mL,IFA效价为1∶2000,与BVDV、IBRV、BRV等牛常见病毒均无交叉反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 To obtain the monoclonal antibody against the NP protein of bovine parainfluenza virus type 3(BPIV3), the recombinant NP protein expressed and purified was used as an immunogen to immunize 8-week-old female Balb/c mice. A hybridoma cell line was screened out by indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA)and named Mab-NP-11. The monoclonal antibody was prepared and purified using Mab-NP-11, with a purity higher than 90%, a concentration of 3.4 mg/mL.
