氧化应激对畜禽生产健康的多维效应研究进展

【摘要】 随着我国畜牧业集约化、现代化、数智化进程的持续推进,氧化应激给畜禽生产带来的潜在风险与日俱增,其对畜禽生产性能、健康水平及产品品质等影响已成为学术界关注的焦点。现系统梳理了氧化应激的概念与发生机制,阐述了其对畜禽生产性能、健康水平和脏器功能等的具体效应。此外,针对当前用于氧化应激研究的3类典型模型,阐明了氧化应激模型的构建方式,明确各模型优势特点与适用范围。同时,整合已有文献报道的缓解氧化应激的营养调控措施。同时对未来畜牧业发展中缓解乃至消除氧化应激的研究方向予以展望,以期为构建畜禽新质生产力,推进畜牧业提质增效、健康养殖提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 With the continuous advancement of the intensification, modernization and digitalization of China’s livestock industry, the potential risks brought by oxidative stress to livestock production are increasing day by day.Its impact on livestock production performance, health level and product quality has become the focus of academic attention.This article systematically reviews the concept and mechanism of oxidative stress, and elaborates on its specific effects on livestock production performance, health level and organ functions.In addition, for the three typical models currently used in oxidative stress research, this article clarifies the construction methods of oxidative stress models, and specifies the advantages, characteristics and application scope of each model.At the same time, it integrates the nutritional regulation measures for alleviating oxidative stress reported in existing literature.At the end, it looks forward to the research directions for alleviating or eliminating oxidative stress in the future development of the livestock industry, with the aim of providing theoretical basis for constructing new quality productive forces of livestock, promoting the improvement and efficiency enhancement of the livestock industry, and promoting healthy livestock farming.
