【摘要】 目的 评价辽参复合白蛋白肽制剂对低白蛋白血症患者短期升高白蛋白与营养改善的效果及安全性。方法 纳入基线血清白蛋白(ALB)<40 g/L的99例低白蛋白血症患者,在常规治疗及饮食营养指导基础上给予辽参复合白蛋白肽制剂。比较干预前后的ALB、总蛋白(TP)水平变化,疗效及安全性。结果 干预后,患者ALB(39.22±3.26)g/L、TP(64.90±5.57)g/L均高于干预前的(35.29±2.90)、(61.61±6.43)g/L(P<0.05)。患者治愈42例(42.4%),改善41例(41.4%),无效16例(16.2%),总有效率83.8%。干预期间仅1例患者出现轻度腹泻,经对症处理后缓解；未见严重不良反应。结论 在ALB<40 g/L的低白蛋白血症患者中,辽参复合白蛋白肽制剂可在短期内显著提高血清ALB与TP水平,耐受性良好,可作为口服营养补充(ONS)与用药管理的辅助策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of sea cucumber oligopeptide preparation in short-term elevation of albumin and nutritional improvement among patients with hypoalbuminemia. Methods 99 cases of hypoalbuminemia patients with baseline serum albumin(ALB) <40 g/L were enrolled. All participants received routine treatment and dietary counseling, plus the sea cucumber oligopeptide preparation. Compared the changes in ALB and total protein(TP) levels before and after the intervention, as well as the therapeutic effect and safety. Results After the intervention, the ALB(39.22±3.26) g/L and TP(64.90±5.57) g/L of the patients were both higher than those before the intervention [(35.29±2.90) and(61.61±6.43) g/L](P<0.05). 42 cases(42.4%) were cured, 41 cases(41.4%) showed improvement, and 16 cases(16.2%) showed no response, yielding an overall response rate of 83.8%. During the intervention period, only 1 patient experienced mild diarrhea, which resolved after symptomatic treatment; no serious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion In patients with hypoalbuminemia(ALB < 40 g/L), the sea cucumber oligopeptide preparation can significantly improve serum ALB and TP levels over a short period with good tolerability. It may serve as an adjunct strategy to oral nutritional supplement(ONS) and medication management.更多还原
