美以伊冲突中人工智能技术的应用分析及启示

【摘要】 针对美以伊冲突中人工智能技术的武器化、体系化应用,以智能化杀伤链全流程赋能为主线,基于实战典型应用场景,系统分析了人工智能技术在侦察情报与态势认知、作战方案生成与推演、打击协调与无人系统作战、认知对抗与信息作战四大核心领域的实战应用。研究了人工智能技术对现代战争决策效率、杀伤链闭合速度、作战力量体系的颠覆性重塑,以及在算法可靠性、人机协同、伦理责任等方面暴露出的核心短板与风险。最后结合实战经验提出了针对性的启示建议,展望了人工智能技术对未来智能化战争在作战范式、制胜机理、战争伦理与国际规则等维度的变革性冲击与战略影响。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the weaponized and systematic application of Artificial Intelligence(AI) technology in the U.S.-Israel-Iran conflict, takeing the full-process empowerment of the intelligent kill chain as the main line, the combat application of AI technology in four core domains are systematically analyzed based on typical practical combat scenarios, namely reconnaissance intelligence and situational awareness, operation plan generation and wargaming deduction, strike coordination and unmanned system operations, as well as cognitive confrontation and information operations. And it is examined the subversive reshaping effect of AI technology on the decision-making efficiency, kill chain closure speed and combat force system of modern warfare, as well as the core shortcomings and risks exposed in terms of algorithm reliability, human-machine collaboration, ethical responsibility and other related aspects. Finally, combined with practical combat experience, the targeted enlightenment and recommendations are put forward, the transformative impact and strategic influence of AI technology on future intelligent warfare are discussed in the dimensions of combat paradigm, victorywinning mechanism, war ethics and international norms.
