【Abstract】 Large, middle, and small hepatitis B virus(HBV) surface proteins in serum can be used to categorize the natural history of chronic HBV infection, evaluate the risk of advanced liver diseases progression, reflect the response to clinical treatments, and eventually guide the clinical regimens. In light of the recent advances in the development of new antivirals and relapse after stopping treatment, this article reviews the progress in the clinical application of large, middle, and small hepatitis B virus(HBV) surface proteins, depicting the clinical significance and potential applications of large, medium, and small HBV surface proteins.更多还原
