【摘要】 中国自主的科技伦理话语体系指基于我国经济和社会发展实际，由我国学者主动建构的既有本土文化特色，又有理论原创性、制度适应性和国际对话能力的话语体系。该话语体系有其特定观点、方法、表达方式和评价标准，与国外科技伦理思想成果之间构成互补和互鉴关系。该话语体系在古代涉及工程技术伦理、环境伦理、医学伦理等领域，近现代以来又增加了学术伦理、科研伦理等方面内容。在智能时代，该话语体系有助于中外科技伦理思想深入交流，更好地养成科技伦理意识、涵养科技伦理情感、启迪实践智慧，面对高新科技带来的伦理挑战，找到兼顾经济效益和社会效益的创造性对策。建构中国自主科技伦理话语体系需要跨学科融合与方法论创新，充分利用中国传统伦理和现代科技伦理思想资源和方法，促进这一话语体系不断完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The independent discourse system of science and technology ethics in China refers to a discourse system with indigenous cultural characteristics that is actively constructed by Chinese scholars based on the actual economic and social development of our country. It has distinctive viewpoints, approaches, expressive forms and evaluation standards, and forms a complementary and mutually beneficial relationship with overseas theoretical achievements on science and technology ethics. This discourse system has covered fields such as engineering ethics, environmental ethics and medical ethics in ancient times, and has added aspects such as academic ethics and research ethics in modern times. In the era of intelligence, this discourse system helps to deepen the exchange of science and technology ethics between China and the rest of world, foster the awareness of science and technology ethics better, cultivate the emotions of science and technology ethics and inspire practical wisdom. It also helps to find creative solutions that balance economic and social benefits when facing ethical challenges brought by high and new technology. The construction of an independent discourse system of science and technology ethics in China demands inter disciplinary integration and methodological innovation. We shall make full use of traditional Chinese ethics and modern science and technology ethics resources and methods to steadily refine the discourse system.更多还原
