论促进中国前沿科技原创能力提升的观念文化创新

【摘要】 中国前沿科技创新能力和发展水平取得巨大进步,但原创能力相对薄弱导致整体上与国际先进水平存在差距,促进前沿科技原创能力提升对于把我国建设成为世界科技强国具有重大意义;我国前沿科技创新在观念文化方面存在科学文化与人文文化分离、功利主义科技价值观和传统文化中的官本位、保守性及封闭性等弊端,成为制约我国前沿科技原始创新的重要原因;促进我国前沿科技原创能力提升,必须变革文化观念,培育创新文化,构建科学文化与人文文化交叉融合的新型文化、超越狭隘的实用主义科学观和片面的功利主义科学观、推动传统文化向现代科技创新文化转型。

【Abstract】 China has made great progress in cutting-edge scientific and technological innovation capacity and development level, but the relatively weak original ability leads to the overall gap with the international advanced level. Promoting the original capacity of cutting-edge science and technology is of great significance to building China into a world power in science and technology; In terms of concept and culture, China’s cutting-edge scientific and technological innovation has the disadvantages of separation between scientific culture and humanistic culture, utilitarian scientific and technological values, bureaucratic, conservative and closed traditional culture, which have become an important reason restricting China’s original innovation in cutting-edge science and technology; To promote the improvement of China’s original ability in cutting-edge science and technology, it is necessary to change cultural concepts, cultivate an innovation culture, build a new culture that integrates scientific culture and humanistic culture, go beyond the narrow view of pragmatic science and the one-sided view of utilitarian science, and promote the transformation of traditional culture into modern science and technology innovation culture.
