【Abstract】 The new wave of digital technologies is continuously driving the service provision and industrial transformation of smart elderly care, while the vigorous practices of digital and intelligent empowerment in an aging society are reshaping the landscape of elderly care undertakings and industries. Meanwhile, older adults are confronted with mounting challenges in accessing the internet and digital devices and developing digital literacy, which greatly affects their social participation and overall quality of life. From the perspective of “product-service-environment-capability”, this paper examines the multidimensional characteristics and structural dilemmas of the application of digital and intelligent technology by the elderly. It analyzes and explains the practical pathways of technology-assisted elderly care strategies, including the optimization of smart elderly care products and services and their age-friendly transformation, the digital transformation of elderly care models and services, and the enhancement of the effectiveness of aging society governance in the digital and intelligent era. Finally, the paper puts forward policy recommendations such as improving the supporting efficiency of social policies, accelerating the construction of a standardized system for technology-assisted elderly care, and promoting the establishment of a longterm collaborative mechanism.更多还原
