职业院校校园形态升级:从数字校园到智慧校园——《职业院校智慧校园规范(试行)》解读之一

【摘要】 以生成式人工智能为代表的新一代智能技术飞速发展,职业院校校园形态正从数字技术驱动的数字校园升级为以智能技术为核心驱动的智慧校园。首先,界定了职业院校智慧校园的概念,从结构和功能两个方面说明智慧校园相较数字校园的系统性跃迁;其次,提出智慧校园的总体框架,即具有基础支撑层—智能环境层—数智治理层—智慧应用层—能力发展层的五层结构,以及网络与人工智能安全、体制机制与运行保障两个保障板块;然后,分析了智慧校园作为职业教育发展的支撑环境,在人才培养、学校治理、对外服务等方面具有的功能,并提出以基于用户行为大数据构建效能评价指标体系、构建动态监测的技术系统和组织体系、形成以评促建的建设与应用机制;最后,从总体思路和具体路径,提出智慧校园的实施建议,以期为职业院校智慧校园高质量发展提供理论依据与实践参考。

【Abstract】 The new generation of intelligent technologies represented by generative artificial intelligence is rapidly developing, and the campus form of vocational colleges is upgrading from a digital campus driven by digital technology to a smart campus driven by intelligent technology as the core. Firstly, the concept of smart campus in vocational colleges was defined, and the systematic transition of smart campus compared to digital campus was explained from both structural and functional aspects; Secondly, the overall framework of a smart campus is proposed, which includes a five layer structure consisting of a basic support layer, an intelligent environment layer, a digital governance layer, an intelligent application layer, and a capability development layer, as well as two guarantee sections: network and artificial intelligence security, institutional mechanisms, and operational safeguards; Then, the functions of smart campus as a supporting environment for the development of vocational education in talent cultivation, school governance, and external services were analyzed. It was proposed to construct an efficiency evaluation index system based on user behavior big data, build a dynamic monitoring technology system and organizational system, and form a construction and application mechanism that promotes construction through evaluation; Finally, from the overall idea and specific path, suggestions for the implementation of smart campus are proposed, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the high-quality development of smart campus in vocational colleges.
