【摘要】 目的：了解综合医院住培医师心理健康现状。方法：采用横断面问卷调查方法，于2022年5月至2024年5月期间对浙江大学医学院附属第一医院43名住培医师及50名社会招募志愿者进行HAMD-17和HAMA量表调查，评估其心理健康状况。结果：发现两组研究对象的HAMD-17和HAMA量表评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：综合医院住培医师心理健康状况与普通人群无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the mental health status of physicians participating in standardized residency training at general hospital.Methods: A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted from May 2022 to May 2024,involving 43 residency training doctors from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and 50 socially recruited volunteers.The 17-item Hamilton Depression(HAMD-17) scale and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) was used to evaluate their mental health status.Results: There was no significant difference in HAMD-17 score and HAMA score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The mental health status of the residency training doctors in general hospitals does not differ significantly from that of the general population.更多还原
