锦纶织物染色用微纳米缓释匀染剂及其性能研究

【摘要】 在锦纶织物染色过程中,匀染剂以及染浴的p H值是决定染色均匀性的关键因素。染色过程可以通过添加酸碱性物质调节染浴的pH值,一直以来解决锦纶织物染色均匀性的问题仍然面临挑战。文中将乙二醇二甲酸酯(EG)和柠檬酸三乙酯(TEC)进行复配,使用木质素纳米粒子(LNPs)和表面活性剂CSTL进行乳化,获得固体纳米颗粒稳定的Pickering乳液型二元有机酯微纳米缓释匀染剂。结果表明:在染色过程中,该微纳米缓释匀染剂可以使染浴的初始p H为7.38,染色进行10 min时染料上染率仅为41.18%;而在染色终点又能将染浴的pH值降到4.80,染色均匀,释酸平缓,可以有效降低初染率,改善染色均匀性,同时获得98.49%的最终上染率,染色牢度优良。

【Abstract】 During the dyeing of nylon fabrics, the leveling agent and pH value of the dye bath are key factors determining dyeing uniformity. The pH of the dye bath can be adjusted by adding acidic or alkaline substances,but achieving satisfactory dyeing uniformity for nylon fabrics still remains challenging. In this paper, the ethylene glycol diformate(EG) and triethyl citrate(TEC) were compounded, and then emulsified with lignin nanoparticles(LNPs) and surfactant CSTL to obtain a Pickering emulsion-type binary organic ester micro-nano slow-release leveling agent stabilized by solid nanoparticles.The results show that during the dyeing process, the micro-nano slow-release leveling agent can maintain an initial dye bath pH of 7.38, with a dye uptake of only 41.18% at the 10thmintute of dyeing. By the end of dyeing, the dye bath pH is reduced to 4.80. The acid is released gently, which effectively lowers the initial dyeing rate and improves dyeing uniformity. Meanwhile, a final dye uptake of 98.49% is achieved, and the dyed fabrics exhibit excellent color fastness.
