考虑钢筋锈蚀的螺旋箍筋混凝土圆柱恢复力模型研究

【摘要】 为建立钢筋锈蚀的螺旋箍筋混凝土圆柱恢复力模型,首先,采用通电锈蚀法对6根螺旋箍筋混凝土圆柱进行加速锈蚀试验(其中1根未锈蚀),并分别控制钢筋锈蚀率到预设值;其次,进行低周往复加载试验,系统研究不同纵筋锈蚀率、箍筋锈蚀率及体积配箍率对混凝土圆柱抗震性能的影响;然后,在未锈蚀螺旋箍筋混凝土圆柱特征参数计算方法的基础上,对试验数据进行回归分析,拟合骨架曲线特征参数计算关系式,并提出相应的滞回规则;最后,构建钢筋锈蚀螺旋箍筋混凝土圆柱恢复力模型。将模型计算得到的骨架曲线特征参数及滞回曲线与试验结果进行对比验证。研究结果表明:计算结果与试验结果在骨架曲线特征参数和滞回曲线上整体较吻合;本文所建立的恢复力模型能有效揭示钢筋锈蚀对螺旋箍筋混凝土圆柱抗震性能的退化规律,可为该类构件的抗震性能评估及结构抗震安全性分析提供可靠依据。

【Abstract】 In order to establish the restoring force model of spiral stirrup concrete columns with corroded steel bars, firstly, the accelerated corrosion test of six spiral stirrup concrete columns(one of which was not corroded) was carried out by using the electric corrosion method, and the steel bars were controlled to the preset corrosion rate, respectively. Secondly, the low cyclic loading test was carried out to systematically study the influence of different longitudinal reinforcement corrosion rate, stirrup corrosion rate and volume stirrup ratio on the seismic performance of concrete columns.Then, on the basis of the calculation method of the characteristic parameters of the uncorroded spiral stirrup concrete cylinder, the regression analysis of the test data was carried out, the calculation relationship of the characteristic parameters of the skeleton curve was fitted, and the corresponding hysteresis rules were proposed. Finally, the restoring force model of reinforced corroded spiral stirrup concrete cylinder was constructed. Skeleton curve characteristic parameters and hysteresis curves calculated by the model were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results on the skeleton curve characteristic parameters and hysteresis curves.The restoring force model can effectively reflect the degradation law of steel corrosion on the seismic performance of spiral stirrup concrete columns, which can provide a reliable basis for the seismic performance evaluation and structural seismic safety analysis of such components.
