RDW、NLR水平联合检测预测脑血管疾病患者发生血管性认知障碍的价值
Value of combined detection of RDW and NLR levels in prediction of vascular cognitive impairment in patients with cerebrovascular diseases
【摘要】 目的:分析红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)水平联合检测预测脑血管疾病患者发生血管性认知障碍(VCI)的价值。方法:回顾性分析2023年6月至2025年12月该院收治的187例脑血管疾病患者的临床资料,设为研究组,另选取同期该院63名健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组及发生与未发生VCI患者NLR、RDW水平,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析NLR、RDW水平单项及联合检测预测脑血管疾病患者发生VCI的价值。结果:研究组NLR、RDW水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);发生VCI患者NLR、RDW水平均高于未发生VCI患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NLR、RDW水平单项及联合检测预测脑血管疾病患者发生VCI的曲线下面积分别为0.619、0.644、0.716,均具有一定预测价值,且联合检测预测脑血管疾病患者发生VCI的效能高于二者单项检测。结论:RDW、NLR水平联合检测预测脑血管疾病患者发生VCI的效能高于二者单项检测。
【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze value of combined detection of red cell volume distribution width(RDW) and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR) in prediction of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI) in patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: The clinical data of 187 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to this hospital from June 2023 to December 2025 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the study group. In addition, 63 healthy subjects admitted to this hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of NLR and RDW were compared between the two groups and the patients with and without VCI. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was drawn to analyze the value of single and combined detection of NLR and RDW levels in the prediction of VCI in the patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Results: The levels of NLR and RDW in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of NLR and RDW in the patients with VCI were higher than those in the patients without VCI, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The area under the curve of single and combined detection of NLR and RDW levels in the prediction of VCI in the patients with cerebrovascular diseases were 0.619, 0.644 and 0.716, separately, all of which had certain predictive value, and the efficiency of combined detection was higher than that of single detection. Conclusions: The efficiency of combined detection of RDW and NLR levels in the prediction of VCI in the patients with cerebrovascular disease is higher than that of single detection.
