【摘要】 在建设美丽中国总方针下，美丽城市建设的构想应运而生，它与美丽乡村建设共同承载起美丽中国建设的蓝图。城市色彩是美丽城市的直观表达，它作为公共空间秩序的重要维度，逐渐显现出复杂的伦理意涵并面临现实挑战。城市色彩既是城市文脉的载体，也是市民认同与公共生活的基石，其伦理价值应当遵循以人为本的核心价值原则，同时体现人、自然与社会的和谐统一，人文性与现实性的和谐统一以及稳定性与开放性的和谐统一。当前，在建设美丽城市的过程中还存在诸多色彩伦理问题，如权力与资本合谋形成的“色彩暴力”、全球化逻辑下的“色彩渗透”以及历史文脉断裂导致的“色彩失语”等。这些问题不仅导致个体与社群的表达自由受限，而且造成知觉混乱与地方性认同弱化的问题，进而加剧历史记忆与共同体认同的消退，最终使得城市成为失温、失色的容器性存在。针对城市建设过程中的色彩伦理危机，应当以主色调的稳定性维护历史文脉，以街道色彩的多样性彰显公共性，以历史建筑色彩延续文化根基，以人工美化色彩实现人与自然的和谐，从而推进美丽城市建设，实现美丽中国的目标。总之，色彩伦理治理的根本旨归，在于实现正义与和谐的统一，使美丽城市真正成为共同体正当性、历史连续性与市民幸福感的综合表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the overarching policy of building a Beautiful China, the concept of building beautiful cities has emerged accordingly. Together with the construction of beautiful villages, it carries the blueprint for the construction of a Beautiful China. Urban color is a direct visual expression of beautiful cities. As an important dimension of order in public space, it has gradually revealed complex ethical implications and practical challenges. Urban color is not only a carrier of urban context, but also a foundation of civic identity and public life. Its ethical value should follow the core value principle of putting people first, while also embodying the harmonious unity of human beings, nature, and society, of humanistic values and practical realities, and of stability and openness. At present, in the process of building beautiful cities, many ethical problems concerning color have emerged, such as “color violence” formed by the collusion of power and capital, “color infiltration” under the logic of globalization, and “color aphasia” caused by the rupture of historical context. These problems not only restrict the freedom of expression of individuals and communities, but also lead to perceptual disorder and the weakening of local identity. They further intensify the fading of historical memory and communal identity, ultimately turning the city into a container-like existence that has lost both warmth and color. Therefore, in response to the ethical crisis of color in the process of urban construction, it is necessary to maintain historical context through the stability of the dominant color tone, demonstrate publicness through the diversity of street colors, continue cultural roots through the colors of historical buildings, and realize harmony between human beings and nature through artificially beautified colors. In this way, the construction of beautiful cities can be advanced and the goal of building a Beautiful China can be achieved. In sum, the fundamental aim of ethical governance of color lies in achieving the unity of justice and harmony, so that the “beautiful city” can truly become an integrated expression of communal legitimacy, historical continuity, and citizens’ sense of happiness.更多还原
