【摘要】 目的 在世界卫生组织康复胜任力架构(RCF)下，基于“健康中国2030”规划纲要，依据教育部《高等学校体育学类本科专业教学质量国家标准》，构建一套契合新时代运动康复事业发展需求，具有科学性、针对性和实用性且便于操作的运动康复本科专业实习体系。方法 由中国康复医学会康复医学教育专业委员会运动康复学组牵头，通过收集全国多所高校运动康复专业本科学生课程设置、教学资源、师资力量和实习方案，并调研实习单位接受能力、岗位设置和指导教师配置等内容，全面了解实习现状、存在的问题和各方意见，采用RCF的原则和方法，分析运动康复专业人才胜任力要求，构建运动康复本科专业实习体系。结果 运动康复本科专业实习体系涵盖实习目标、时间、条件、内容、成果要求、考核评价体系以及管理机制7个维度，基于RCF的实践、专业精神、学习发展、管理与领导力以及研究等5个领域展开讨论。结论 该体系以RCF为基础，通过规范化实习流程、强化学生专业操作技能，促进运动康复专业教育与社会需求的紧密结合，培养适配体医融合的专业人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a scientific, targeted, practical and operable internship system for undergraduate programs in sports rehabilitation, under the framework of the World Health Organization rehabilitation competency framework(RCF), and in alignment with the Healthy China 2030 strategic plan and the Ministry of Education’s National Standards for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Programs in Physical Education, to meet the needs of the modern era and advance of sports rehabilitation.Methods Led by Sports Rehabilitation Group, Committee of Rehabilitation Medicine Education, Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine, the data on curriculum settings, teaching resources, faculty strength and internship programs were collected from multiple universities nationwide offering undergraduate sports rehabilitation programs; meanwhile, acceptance capacity, post settings and supervisor allocation of internship institutions were surveyed. After gaining a comprehensive understanding of the current status, issues and stakeholder feedback, the competency requirements for sports rehabilitation professionals were analyzed using the principles and methodologies of RCF. A comprehensive internship system for undergraduate programs in sports rehabilitation was then constructed.Results The undergraduate internship system for sports rehabilitation covered seven dimensions of internship: objectives, schedule, conditions, content, outcome requirements, assessment and evaluation system, and management mechanism. It is developed based on five core domains of RCF: practice, professionalism, learning and development, management and leadership, and research.Conclusion From the perspective of RCF, this system standardizes internship processes, strengthens students’ professional operational skills and promotes the close integration of sports rehabilitation professional education with social needs, cultivating professionals adapted to the Integration of Sports and Medicine model.更多还原
