【摘要】 椎管内硬膜外脂肪增多症（spinal epidural lipomatosis, SEL）是一种因椎管内硬膜外间隙的正常脂肪组织病理性增生引发的罕见病，临床表现为腰痛、间歇性跛行、下肢放射痛及麻木无力、腱反射异常等症状，其中肥胖型SEL临床上更为少见，患者往往有肥胖史，且可能与原发性库欣综合征或外源性糖皮质激素摄入无关，作者遇到1例肥胖型SEL，现总结其临床资料及治疗效果并进行文献综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spinal epidural lipomatosis(SEL) is a rare condition caused by pathological hyperplasia of normal fat tissue in the epidural space within the vertebral canal. The clinical manifestations include low back pain, intermittent claudication, radiating pain and numbness/weakness in the lower limbs with abnormal tendon reflexes. Among these, obese-type SEL is clinically even rarer, often occurring in patients with a history of obesity and may be unrelated to primary Cushing’s syndrome or exogenous glucocorticoid intake. The authors encountered a case of obese-type SEL, and now summarize the clinical data, treatment outcomes, and then conduct a literature review.更多还原
