【摘要】 当前，我国胸痛中心网络覆盖已日趋完善，但急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克、主动脉夹层及高危肺栓塞等胸痛危重症的残余死亡率仍处于较高水平，相关病症救治规范性亟待进一步加强。卓越胸痛中心建设以具备循环支持与多专科救治能力的标准版胸痛中心为基础，核心目标是构建区域协同救治体系，提升心血管危重症的规范化诊疗水平。本文旨在对《卓越胸痛中心建设与验收标准》进行解读。解读内容围绕三大核心要素展开：（1）资质与基本条件，涵盖组织架构、多学科快速响应团队建设、专科诊疗能力与数据管理体系；（2）救治规范与流程，强调以指南为依据，制订诊疗路径；（3）持续质量改进，明确关键质控与评价指标。本文亦对验收申请条件与流程作了说明，以期为各级医院的相关建设工作提供指导，最终实现降低胸痛危重症死亡率的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the Chest Pain Center network in China has achieved broad coverage. However,the residual mortality of life-threatening acute chest pain—such as acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock,aortic dissection,and high-risk pulmonary embolism—remains high,and the standardization of emergency care requires further improvement. The construction of Chest Pain Center of Excellence is intended to build a regional coordinated care network based on Standard Chest Pain Centers with capabilities for circulatory support and multidisciplinary management,thereby enhancing the standardized diagnosis and treatment of critical cardiovascular conditions. This article aims to interpret the Standards for the Construction and Accreditation of Chest Pain Center of Excellence. The interpretation focuses on on three core elements:(1)qualifications and basic requirements,including organizational structure,establishment of multidisciplinary rapid response teams,specialty capabilities,and data management;(2)standardized treatment protocols and workflows,emphasizing the development of clinical pathways guided by established guidelines;(3)mechanisms for continuous quality improvement,defining key quality control and evaluation metrics. In addition,the article explains the eligibility criteria and procedures for accreditation applications,with the aim of providing guidance for relevant development efforts at hospitals of all levels and ultimately reducing mortality from lifethreatening acute chest pain.更多还原
