【摘要】 创新驱动发展战略背景下，提升家族企业创新能力并促进其专精特新发展是区域制造业发展的重要内容。文章以知识产权链式协同为切入点，探讨知识产权创造、运用、保护、管理及服务等环节的协同合力对宁波家族企业专精特新发展的驱动作用。在文献综述与理论框架探索基础上，研究分析了知识产权链式协同对家族企业专精特新发展的作用机理。基于当前知识产权影响家族企业发展的现状，从加强顶层设计和制度建设、打造高价值专利的决策支撑、促进知识产权运用中的差异化工具使用、健全不确定性较大领域的知识产权风险预测评估及保护规则制定、提高数字情境下的知识产权管理能力、提升知识产权服务体系的支撑效力及相关资源联动等方面提出路径建议。该研究为家族企业实现专精特新发展提供新的视角，为知识产权战略在企业创新中的应用提供了理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of an innovation-driven development strategy,enhancing the innovation capabilities of family businesses and promoting their specialized,refined,differential and innovative(SRDI) development is an important aspect of regional manufacturing industries development. This paper takes the chain synergy of intellectual property rights as the entry point to explore the driving effect of the combined efforts of intellectual property rights creation,application,protection,management,and service on the SRDI development of family businesses in Ningbo. Based on a literature review and theoretical framework,this study analyzes the mechanism through which chain synergy in intellectual property rights influences the SRDI development of family businesses. Building on the current status of how intellectual property rights affects the development of family businesses,suggestions are put forward in the following aspects:strengthening top-level design and institutional construction,creating decision support for high-value patents,enhancing the role of differentiated tools in intellectual property rights utilization,improving intellectual property rights risk prediction and assessment as well as the formulation of protection rules in areas with high uncertainty,enhancing intellectual property rights management capabilities in the digital context,and improving the support effectiveness of the intellectual property rights service system to promote the coordinated sharing of related resources. The research provides a new perspective and practical path for family businesses to achieve SDRI development and offers theoretical support for the application of intellectual property rights strategy in corporate innovation.更多还原
