【摘要】 热泵闪蒸汽提精馏脱氨是当前高浓度氨氮废水氨回收最经济有效的工业化系统,为了解工业应用情况,基于统计学角度,对系统1年的运行数据进行变异性和皮尔逊相关性分析。分析表明,系统处理废水的电单耗波动小,变异系数约5%,几乎不受其他因素的影响,全年均值4.31kWh/m~3;蒸汽单耗主要受气温的影响,在平均气温19.0??℃的条件下,全年均值9.18??kg/m~3,远低于历史文献中的最低值48.3kg/m~3。综合能耗费用较历史文献中最低值低60%;碱、酸和水的单耗与废水的氨氮浓度虽符合线性相关的规律,但同时也表现出受到其他运行因素影响的特征。

【Abstract】 Heat pump flash stripping distillation for ammonia removal is currently the most economical and effective industrial system for ammonia recovery from high-concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater.To understand the operation status of industrial systems,variability and Pearson correlation analyses were conducted on a system’s operating data over 12 months in a year from a statistical perspective.The analyses show that the fluctuation of the system’s electricity consumption per unit of wastewater treated is small,with a coefficient of variation of approximately 5%,and it is hardly affected by other factors.The annual average is 4.31 kWh/m~3.The steam consumption per unit is mainly affected by temperature;Under the condition of an average temperature of 19.0℃,the annual average is 9.18 kg/m~3,which is much lower than the minimum 48.3 kg/m~3 in historical literature.The comprehensive energy consumption cost is 60% lower than the minimum in previous literature.The relationship between the consumption per unit of alkali,acid,and water and the ammonia-nitrogen concentration in wastewater is linearly correlated as the theoretical relationship,and it also shows characteristics of being affected by other operating factors.
