磷石膏环境污染风险与长江大保护战略的冲突及协调路径
Environmental Pollution Risks of Phosphogypsum,Conflicts with the Yangtze River Grand Protection Strategy,and Coordination Paths
【摘要】 就长江流域磷化工副产物磷石膏可能造成的环境污染风险,从多维度分析磷石膏在长江流域生态环境、水体、土壤污染途径及危害;分析了阻断磷石膏中含有的污染成分进入长江流域环境界面的技术措施、工程措施。介绍了一种“气液固”三相“超曝”磷酸萃取新工艺,通过磷酸萃取工艺磷石膏形成过程中的污染成分前置分离,从源头杜绝或大幅度降低对环境有害成分进入磷石膏,大大降低长江流域磷化工环境污染风险,并推动磷石膏资源化应用。
【Abstract】 This study focuses on the potential environmental pollution risks posed by phosphogypsum,a byproduct of the phosphorus chemical industry in the Yangtze River Basin.It multi-dimensionally analyzes the pollution pathways and hazards of phosphogypsum to the ecological environment,water bodies,and soil within the basin.Additionally,the technical and engineering measures for blocking the migration of pollutant components in phosphogypsum into the environmental interfaces of the Yangtze River Basin are systematically discussed.A novel three-phase (gas-liquid-solid) "super-aeration" phosphoric acid extraction process is introduced.By implementing pre-separation of pollutant components during the formation of phosphogypsum in the phosphoric acid extraction process,this technology eliminates or significantly reduces the introduction of environmentally harmful substances into phosphogypsum at the source.Consequently,it substantially mitigates the environmental pollution risks associated with the phosphorus chemical industry in the Yangtze River Basin and promotes the resource utilization of phosphogypsum.
