钝化剂联合农艺措施调控玉米砷的转运积累
Regulation of arsenic translocation and accumulation in maize through the combined application of passivators and agronomic practices
【摘要】 通过2年田间小区试验,比较不同钝化剂及其组合对砷(As)污染农田的修复效果.试验设置了硅基叶面阻控剂(SFP)、铁改性生物炭(Fe-BC)、生石灰(CaO)单施及其联合处理,重点分析了各处理对土壤理化性质及玉米各器官As累积的影响.结果表明:硅基叶面阻控剂、铁改性生物炭、生石灰单一或联合处理均能显著降低土壤有效态As含量,联合处理和生石灰单一处理下有效As最大降幅分别达到了35.26%和32.13%;联合处理下As低积累品种玉米籽粒As含量有显著下降,降幅为21.48%~38.75%;处理后的玉米产量不减,地上部分富集能力与高积累品种差异不大.结论:在种植低积累玉米品种的前提下,硅基叶面阻控剂、铁改性生物炭、生石灰联合处理能显著改善土壤环境并有效降低玉米As含量,在轻度As污染农田修复中展现出良好的应用潜力.
【Abstract】 Through two years of field plot experiments, the remediation effects of different passivators and their combinations on arsenic(As)-contaminated farmland were compared. The experiments included single applications of silicon-based foliar passivators(SFP), iron-modified biochar(Fe-BC), and quicklime(CaO), as well as composite treatments combining these agents. It was focused on analysing the effects of each treatment on soil physical and chemical properties and As accumulation in various corn organs. The results showed that both single and combined treatments with silicon-based foliar control agents, iron-modified biochar, and quicklime significantly reduced the content of available arsenic in the soil. Among these, the combined treatment and the single treatment with quicklime were the most effective, with the maximum reduction in available arsenic content reaching 35.26% and 32.13%, respectively. Under the combined treatment, the arsenic content in the grains of low-accumulation corn varieties showed a significant decrease, with reductions ranging from 21.48% to 38.75%; and the yield was not reduced, with the above-ground part′s As accumulation capacity being similar to that of high-accumulation varieties. The results indicated that, under the premise of planting low-accumulation corn varieties, the combined treatment of silicon-based foliar As-blocking agents, iron-modified biochar, and quicklime could significantly improve the soil environment and effectively reduce corn As content, demonstrating good application potential in the remediation of mildly As-contaminated farmland.
