【摘要】 常日市，每日交易，是经济转型之后江南地区农家的交易市场。此时江南农户多已转为手工业者——机户，他们是常日市中卖方的主角。虽然常日市没有定期市那样稳定的客源圈，但由于交易量大、市镇密度高，缩小了交易空间。集市与村庄对应的交易空间依然存在，且无论路程长短，当日往返的特点划定了交易空间的基本距离。在村民趋向于市镇进行交易的同时，市镇凭借其群体祭祀中心、信息中心、娱乐中心及社交中心等多重功能，进一步增强了自身的内聚力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural producers mainly traded in daily market, where trading activities happened every day, in Jiangnan region after the economic transition. In this period, a large number of farmers in Jiangnan region had already converted to a certain type of handicraftsmen, earning their lives by producing textiles. These handicraftsmen constituted the majority of sellers in daily markets. Customer source of daily market was not as stable as that of periodic market. Although the large number of trade activities resulted in the high density of market towns and shorter transaction distance, the distance between each market and its customer source villages was still mainly within one-day’s walking. Market towns not only provided trading space for villagers, but also became the center of communal sacrifice, information, entertainment and social contact in its customer source area.
