【摘要】 银发经济作为一种兼具事业属性和产业属性的新兴经济形态，是积极应对人口老龄化挑战的战略举措。老年教育是银发经济发展的内容之一，应观照老年群体的功能性需求、价值性需求和情感性需求，通过促进银发消费升级、开发银发人力资源、提升银发生命品质赋能银发经济高质量发展。然而，当前老年教育发展存在公益性特征突出与经济功能不足、娱乐化倾向明显与技能培养缺失、内部协调障碍与外部资源脱嵌等问题。对此，应通过以现代老龄文化引领老年教育发展方向、以课程迭代赋能老年教育品牌打造、以跨界合作优化老年教育资源配置等路径，促进银发经济视域下的老年教育高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an emerging economic form combining social welfare and industrial attributes, the silver economy represents a strategic measure to actively address the challenges of population aging. Elderly education is one of the contents of the development of the silver economy. It should address the functional, value-based, and emotional needs of the elderly. By promoting consumption upgrading, developing silver human resources, and enhancing life quality, elderly education can empower the high-quality development of the silver economy. However, the current development of elderly education faces several challenges. These include prominent public welfare characteristics coupled with insufficient economic functions, a distinct tendency toward entertainment over skill cultivation, and internal coordination obstacles alongside the disembedding of external resources. To address these issues, the development direction should be guided by modern aging culture, while curriculum iteration can empower brand building. Furthermore, cross-border cooperation is essential to optimizing resource allocation and promoting the sustainable growth of elderly education.更多还原
