【摘要】 红色档案资源开发的碎片化困境主要表现为资源缺乏系统性整合、开发主体协同性不足，其成因可追溯至体制惯性、技术鸿沟与政策局限等方面。协同治理的引入能够有效推动红色档案资源从离散走向聚合、从失真走向归真、从静态走向活化、从各自为政走向协同共生，为破解碎片化困境提供指引。基于协同治理视角，从资源整合、主体协同、制度创新驱动3个方面构建协同治理路径，释放红色档案价值，提升红色档案资源开发的整体效能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fragmented predicament in the development of red archival resources is mainly manifested in the lack of systematic integration of resources and insufficient synergy among development subjects. Its causes can be traced back to aspects such as institutional inertia, technological gaps and policy limitations. The introduction of collaborative governance can effectively promote the transformation of red archival resources from dispersion to aggregation, from distortion to authenticity, from static to activated, and from independent operation to collaborative symbiosis, providing guidance for resolving the fragmented predicament. From the perspective of collaborative governance, a collaborative governance path is constructed from three aspects: resource integration, subject collaboration, and institutional innovation-driven, to release the value of red archives and enhance the overall efficiency of red archive resource development.更多还原
