【摘要】 在人口老龄化趋势持续加剧、文化养老需求不断扩大的背景下，档案馆如何依托文化资源实现对老年群体的赋能仍缺乏系统性路径。基于国内外图博机构的实践参考，归纳出拓展空间、记忆激活、数字适老与主体参与等共性经验，并指出其价值在于为档案馆提供可供转化的建设思路，由此进一步提出以档案资源为核心，通过构建馆内外联动的空间网络、系统开发记忆资源、完善数字适老支持体系以及健全共建共享机制，推动档案馆在文化养老方面实现可持续赋能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of accelerating population ageing and the growing demand for cultural forms of eldercare, archives still lack a systematic framework for empowering older adults through cultural resources. Drawing on a comparative analysis of practices in libraries and museums both in China and abroad, this study identifies four shared approaches—expanding service spaces, activating memory resources, promoting age-friendly digital access, and strengthening active participation—and emphasizes their value as transferable rather than replicable experiences for archival institutions. On this basis, the paper proposes an archive-centered pathway for cultural eldercare: by building integrated service networks across internal and external spaces, systematically developing memorybased resources, enhancing age-friendly digital support systems, and improving co-construction and sharing mechanisms, archives can achieve sustainable empowerment in the field of cultural eldercare.更多还原
