【摘要】 以云南省丽江市宁蒗县种植区采集的西南鬼灯檠种子种苗为材料，对20份不同年限、不同成熟度的种子做质量检验，同时选取三年生西南鬼灯檠种苗，测量株高、茎粗、叶片数、分枝数、单株重及根茎重等6个指标，采用相关性分析和K-均值聚类分析等初步制定种子种苗质量分级标准。结果表明，西南鬼灯檠种子种苗可划分为3个等级。一级种子净度≥91.78%、千粒重≥0.08 g、含水量≤7.05%、相对电导率≤13.93%、发芽率≥93.39%;二级种子净度≥86.76%、千粒重≥0.09 g、含水量≤7.23%、相对电导率≤24.27%、发芽率≥77.20%;三级种子净度≥63.83%、千粒重≥0.10 g、含水量≤8.00%、相对电导率≤37.26%、发芽率≥73.75%;一级种苗茎粗≥0.78 cm、分枝数≥7个、单株重≥130 g、根茎重≥84 g;二级种苗茎粗≥0.75 cm、分枝数≥6个、单株重≥93 g、根茎重≥61 g;三级种苗茎粗≥0.67 cm、分枝数≥5个、单株重≥73 g、根茎重≥48 g。本研究初步制定了西南鬼灯檠种子种苗质量分级标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using seeds and seedlings of Rodgersia sambucifolia collected from the planting area in Ninglang County, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province as materials, quality tests were conducted on 20 seed lots of different storage durations and maturity levels. Meanwhile, three-year-old Rodgersia sambucifolia seedlings were selected, and 6 indicators including plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, branch number, individual plant weight and rhizome weight were measured. Correlation analysis and K-means clustering analysis were employed to preliminarily establish quality grading standards for seeds and seedlings. The results showed that Rodgersia sambucifolia seeds and seedlings could be classified into 3 grades. For Grade Ⅰ seeds: purity ≥ 91.78%, 1000-grain weight ≥ 0.08 g, moisture content ≤ 7.05%, relative electrical conductivity ≤ 13.93%, and germination percentage ≥ 93.39%. For Grade Ⅱ seeds: purity ≥ 86.76%, 1000-grain weight ≥ 0.09 g, moisture content ≤ 7.23%, relative electrical conductivity ≤ 24.27%, and germination percentage ≥ 77.20%. For Grade Ⅲ seeds: purity ≥ 63.83%, 1000-grain weight ≥ 0.10 g, moisture content ≤ 8.00%, relative electrical conductivity ≤ 37.26%, and germination percentage ≥ 73.75%.
