高寒黑土区24份马铃薯种质资源产量和品质综合评价

【摘要】 为了筛选适宜高寒黑土区种植的马铃薯品种,以高寒黑土区24份马铃薯品种为材料,分析不同马铃薯品种在高寒黑土区的产量和品质差异。结果表明,24个马铃薯品种在产量和营养品质上变异各不相同,其中还原糖含量变异幅度最大,其次为维生素C和商品薯率,变异幅度最小的是蛋白质,产量变异幅度居中;马铃薯产量变化范围在23~52 t/hm~2之间,平均为37 t/hm~2,产量最高的为兴佳2号;商品薯率变化范围在13.41%~85.37%之间,平均为50.45%,商品薯率最高的为龙薯23;蛋白质含量与产量极显著正相关,干物质与产量显著正相关。综合来看,24个马铃薯品种对高寒黑土区的适应性不同,综合产量和商品薯率,兴佳2号、中薯早35、龙薯22、龙薯23和延薯13号等6个品种可作为优质鲜食薯备选品种;克新27号、尤金、龙薯20等品种淀粉含量较高、结薯个数较多,可作为淀粉加工型备选品种;尤金、费乌瑞它、延薯13号、内繁18号与希森6号等品种的还原糖含量显著最低,可适应多种加工;龙薯23产量表现好、还原糖含量低,可作为加工备选品种。

【Abstract】 In order to select suitable Solanum tuberosum varieties for cultivation in the alpine black soil area, 24 Solanum tuberosum varieties from this area were selected as samples and the yield and quality differences of these Solanum tuberosum varieties in the high-altitude black soil area were analyzed. The results showed that the yields and nutritional qualities of the 24 Solanum tuberosum varieties varied greatly. Among them, the variation in reducing sugar content was the greatest, followed by vitamin C and the rate of marketable Solanum tuberosum. The variation in protein content was the smallest. The yield variation was in the middle range. The yield of the Solanum tuberosum ranged from 23 to 52 t/hm~2, with an average of 37 t/hm~2. The highest yield was Xingjia No.2. The variation in the rate of marketable Solanum tuberosum ranged from 13.41% to 85.37%, with an average of 50.45%. The highest rate of marketable Solanum tuberosum was Longshu23. Protein was positively correlated with yield with a highly significant positive correlation, and dry matter was positively correlated with yield. In summary, the 24 Solanum tuberosum varieties had different adaptability to the high-altitude black soil area. Based on comprehensive yield and the rate of marketable Solanum tuberosum, 6 varieties such as Xingjia No.2, Zhongshuzao35, Longshu22, Longshu23 and Yanshu No.13 could be selected as potential varieties for high-quality fresh food Solanum tuberosum. The varieties such as Kexin No.27, Youjin, Longshu20 had higher starch content and more tubers, which could be selected as potential varieties for starch processing. The Youjin, Feiwuruita, Yanshu No.13, Neifan No.18 and Xisen No.6 had the lowest reducing sugar content, which could adapt to various processing methods. The Longshu23 had good yield performance and low reducing sugar content, which could be selected as a processing variety.
