【摘要】 针对手术室急救与生命支持类设备（比如除颤仪、呼吸机、吸引器等）在紧急情况下存在的定位困难、取用延时、状态异常等问题,构建基于10S管理的设备应急响应优化体系,提升抢救时效性与安全性。本文应用10S管理工具（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节约、服务、满意、坚持）,结合PDCA循环,设计“标准化定位—可视化标识—智能点检—全员培训—应急模拟”五位一体管理流程。通过对比实施前后设备取用时间、故障率及操作规范率等指标,验证优化效果。研究结果表明,实施后的设备应急取用时间显著缩短,故障率下降,操作规范率提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 To address the difficulties in locating, delayed access, and abnormal status of emergency equipment such as defibrillators, ventilators, and suction devices in the operating room, a 10S management based emergency response optimization system is constructed to improve the timeliness and safety of rescue efforts. This article applies the 10S management tool(organization, rectification, cleaning, cleanliness, literacy, safety, conservation, service, satisfaction, persistence), combined with the PDCA cycle, to design a five in one management process of "standardized positioning-visual identification-intelligent inspection-all staff training-emergency simulation". Verify the optimization effect by comparing indicators such as equipment usage time, failure rate, and operation specification rate before and after implementation. The research results indicate that the emergency access time of the implemented equipment has been significantly shortened, the failure rate has decreased, and the operational standardization rate has improved.更多还原
