从Piezo1的力学信号转换谈推拿治疗骨质疏松症的力学原理
The biomechanical basis of Tuina for the treatment of osteoporosis from Piezo1-mediated mechanotransduction
【摘要】 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)是以骨量低下、骨微结构破坏为特征的疾病,严重影响老年人的健康。推拿作为一种绿色、无创的中医外治法,其治疗OP的机制尚不明确且存在争议。近年来,Piezo1受体介导的力学信号转换研究为阐明推拿作用机制提供了新视角。本文系统梳理推拿通过激活骨组织、骨骼肌和皮肤中的Piezo1受体调节骨代谢的原理,提出推拿治疗OP的合理性、相应的临床应用建议及可能的发展前景。
【Abstract】 Osteoporosis(OP), characterized by low bone mass and deteriorated bone microstructure, severely compromises the health in older adults. Tuina, a natural and non-invasive external therapy in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), has been applied in OP management. However, its underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood and controversial. Recent studies on Piezo1-mediated mechanotransduction have provided novel insights into the therapeutic mechanisms of Tuina in OP. This article systematically reviews the principles by which Tuina regulates bone metabolism through activation of Piezo1 in the bone tissue, skeletal muscle, and skin, proposes the scientific rationale for its application in OP treatment, and provides clinical recommendations alongside potential future research directions.
