深水半潜式平台外输布置漂浮软管动态响应数值评估
Numerical Evaluation of Dynamic Responses of Floating Flexible Pipes for Offshore Semi-submersible Platform Pipeline Layout
【摘要】 漂浮软管作为海洋平台油气储存和运输系统的关键部件,承受海洋环境载荷和多浮体的作用力,不仅会影响其结构性能,还可能引发安全隐患。论文针对半潜式平台外输作业时船舶方位的不确定性,定义了外输角和方位角这2个参数,以完整描述半潜式平台与外输船舶的相对位置;选取3组典型的船舶方位参数,分析漂浮软管在不同海况下的动态响应,得到软管有效张力和曲率沿其长度的分布规律,还分析了波浪载荷参数敏感性及软管危险截面的位置特征。研究结果可为海洋平台外输整体系统布局和软管系统方案设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Floating hose is a key component of offshore platform oil and gas storage and transportation system. In practical operations, it is susceptible to the coupling of marine environmental loads and multi-floating body motions, which not only affects the structural performance of the hose, but also may cause safety hazards. In this paper, aiming at the uncertainty of ship azimuth during the offloading operation of semi-submersible platform, two directional parameters of offloading angle and azimuth angle are defined to fully describe the relative positional relationship between the semi-submersible platform and the shuttle tanker. Three groups of typical ship azimuth parameters are selected to analyze the dynamic response of floating hose under increasing sea conditions, and the distribution law of two key parameters of effective tension and curvature along the length direction of hose is clarified. At the same time, the sensitivity of wave load and the position characteristics of dangerous section of hose are analyzed. The research results can provide technical reference for the overall layout of offshore platform offloading and the design of hose system scheme.
